The Stark G500 revolutionizes gown production with a fully automated process, from raw material to packed disposable isolation gowns (level I and II). Designed for high-speed production, that ensures quality, traceability, and cost-effectiveness.
Minimizes supply chain vulnerabilities and environmental impact, fostering a resilient supply chain and creating jobs. In line with sustainability goals, the system significantly reduces the carbon footprint through local production and recycling of PPE materials.
Include an easily operated and maintenance-friendly design, accommodating various material stacks. Safety measures prevent harm and production interruptions. Notably, the machine uses off-the-shelf components for easy replacement.
Works with both virgin and recycled polypropylene (VIRGIN SMS or recycled SMS). The use of a ink stamp instead of labels enhances flexibility and material efficiency.
Have pledged to reduce their carbon footprint, over 70% of their carbon emissions come from suppliers.
Involves multiple checkpoints to ensure every aspect of production meets rigorous standards, guaranteeing consistent excellence and reliability in each gown. This meticulous process provides both traceability and peace of mind to users and healthcare professionals.

The system is designed for continuous operation seven days a week, with necessary maintenance efforts such as cleaning, ink refill, and belt material tape kept to a minimum and fully integrated into the operational concept. This design ensures uninterrupted operation throughout the year.
The Stark G500 achieves exceptional performance, enabling production rates exceeding 520,000 gowns per month per machine.
General maintenance is required annually with a duration of 2 weeks.
The Stark G500 reaches high levels of automation with minimal operation requirements. One Operator can handle up to 2 machines simultaneously via central control panels for all relevant functions. The production can be loaded and unloaded with any type of virgin or recycled combination of Spunbond and Meltblown (SMS) material independently from the production process thanks to a decoupled material supply unit.
The STARK G500 provides an eco-friendly, efficient industrial design and set-up. The electric 480VAC / 60Hz power supply is combined with a 6bar pneumatic system to ensure full operationability at low operational consumption.
The system requires minimal shopfloor space (131ft length, 23ft width).
The system is designed for continuous operation on 7 days per week with a 22,5h operation per day. 1,5h per day are reserved for daily maintenance (cleaning, refill of ink, belt material tape).
Operating for 50 weeks per year with 2 weeks reserved for regular maintenance and wear part exchange, the Stark G500 reaches an overall equipment efficiency of 85%.
The resulting production rate is up to 520,000 gowns per month.
Future developments will take advantage of our current automation process, which includes the transportation and precise positioning of large textile pieces, ultrasonic welding, accessory positioning, folding, labeling, packaging, quality assurance, and traceability.
